The developer preview has only been out for a day or two but @MuscleNerd has already revealed a tethered jailbreak for iOS5.

Lets hope this doesn't get patched before iOS5 is released to the public, although with Apple taking every good iOS jailbreak app and building it into iOS we are running out of must have apps that make a jailbreak a becessity.

Square Credit Card Reader to add Encryption

Square has announced at the Visa Security Summit that they will bring out an encrypted version of their iOS credit card reader this summer.

This is a smart move as it removes the concern that your credit card details are stored unencrypted on the iDevice.
