I just put together a PC for my living room that serves music, pictures etc to my TV. I needed a wireless keyboard and mouse but in the past I had problems with a regular wireless keyboard conflicting with my 802.11b network.
I bought this bluetooth set and it works great, I can control the PC from anywhere in the house. Easy to setup and use... just make sure you are running XP.

BBC News has a summary of some of the new gadgets on show at CeBIT in Germany:
Fraunhofer has a 3D display that you can view without special glasses.
VIA Technologies unveiled their nano-itx motherboard that crams a 1ghz processor, MPEG2/4 video, up to 1GB RAM, ethernet, USB2 and video-out into a 4.7 inch square motherboard. Expect to see this used in mew media centers and PVRs that are little bigger than a hard drive.

I take a lot of photos and it is great to not have to worry about swapping card around, especially with a high mega-pixel digital camera.
1gb is 64 times the storage capacity of the card typically included when you buy a digital camera: Amazon has just lowered their price to the lowest I've ever seen: $152.04 (after $45 rebate exp 3/31).
