Sony have announced a new range of Memory Stick Pro memory cards with a write speed of 15Mbps.
Cards with capacities of up to 2GB will be available in November and the 2GB card will retail for around $700.
All Sony needs to do now is persuade other manufacturers to use memory stick instead of CompactFlash or SD.
Excuse me.... I think I just saw a flying pig.
