Canon has made a lot of the recent digital camera rumors official with a slew of press releases announcing:
Canon Eos 20D: Digital SLR Camera, 8.2 megapixel, DIGIC II Image processor, 9-Point autofocus and up to 23 consecutive frames at five frames per second. Estimated street price of the Canon Eos 20D is $1,499 without a lens, $1,599 with the EF-S 18-55mm zoom lens, and $1,999 with the new EF-S 17-85mm image stablized wide angle zoom lens. Available in September.
Canon G6: 7.1 megapixel, 4x zoom lens, 2" lcd, available September for $699 price tag.
Canon Powershot S70: 7.1 megapixel, 3.6x zoom, available September for $599.
Canon Powershot A95: 5 megapixel, 3x zoom, available September for $399.
Canon Powershot A85: 4 megapixel, 3x zoom, available September for $299.
Canon Powershot A400: 3.2 megapixel, 2.2 zoom, 4 different colors, entry level, available September for $179.
