Samsung BD-P1500 Blu-Ray

Samsung has released the final details on their BD-P1500 Blu-Ray disc player that sould be available in June for around $400.

The BD-P1500 will support both 1080p60 and 1080p24, has HDMI1.3 output, and had an upconverter chip: basically similar specs to HD-DVD machines that were half the price until Sony succeeded in buy their way to victory over HD-DVD (am I still bitter about that? a little).

The BD-P1500 comes with Blu-Ray profile 1.1 but is said to be easily upgradeable to BD Live when that is launched.
